Yes, they are included.
2. What sizes do you offer for your paintings?
We offer a variety of sizes. For more detailed information, please refer to the Sizes & Prices section page. Custom sizes can also be done upon request.
3. Is it possible to paint more than one pet in a portrait?
Yes, I can paint up to 2 pets in an A4 size, up to 3 pets in an A3 size, and up to 4 pets in an A2 size.
4. Is there an extra cost for additional pets?
No, although it is important to understand the limit amount of pets per size, For more information, please refer to the Sizes & Prices section page.
5. Is there an extra cost for a person in a "With Me" pet portrait style?
Yes, a person will be considered extra, an additional charge of €50 will apply, and only can be made on A4 size or larger.
6. Do you offer framing options?
No, at this moment I am not offering framing options for any type of artwork.
7. What are the best practices in caring for my artwork?
Pastel paintings should be stored flat with glassine paper for protection until framed. Even with fixative, some particles may fall if the piece is handled roughly, so avoid touching it. For framing, I recommend using a mount with glass, ensuring the glass doesn’t touch the painting. If displayed without glass, keep it away from moisture and never touch it directly.
8. Is there an added cost for shipping?
No, all local and international shipments are FREE of charge. Artworks are shipped unframed through Priority Mail, carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
9. What expectation should I have in terms of delivery time?
. Depending on the country of destination, delivery times can vary between 3 to 9 business days.
10. Do you accept returns?
Due to the personalized nature of commissioned work, it is required an initial non-refundable 25% payment to secure booking. After completing the artwork, a preview of the painting will be shared to ensure 100% satisfaction before shipping. At this point, the remaining 75% is due and is needed to arrange expedited shipping. If upon receiving the art piece, it presents any damage, I will replace the piece if reported within 48 hours after delivery.
